How do I take pictures out of my broken htc one m7?

The screen is black and phone will not turn on whatsoever, also my phone vibrates when I push the on button but the screen is black. Whenever I connect my phone to laptop it doesn't show on my laptop that phone is plug in. Need Help! Please !

Welcome to Android Central! If the screen has failed, it can be difficult to know if the phone is actually on or not. If you have a screenlock, then the computer won't see anything until you've unlocked the phone.
