So first the issue started as a cut off of sound when I played music, then it began to cut off all sound completely. I tried the soft reset, I tried resetting to factory settings. And I think it's gotten worse, all sound is cut off (call, music, ect.) Any apps that use sound cause my phone to freeze for a couple of seconds, and when I plug headphones in, all distortion no noise whatsoever? Any one know what I can try or what I should do?

Welcome to Android Central! That sounds like a serious issue with either the speaker hardware, or the sound processing software. The only thing I can suggest at this point is to boot into Safe Mode, which disables all 3rd party apps, to make sure something you installed isn't causing this issue.
