Why am I getting an error messages when I try to download apps com.google.process.gapps error?

com.google.process.gapps error

There is a big problem.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 G900F and guides on other sites doesn't work (Download is ok) and this thing doesn't allow me to download apps from play store.
Is there a way to fix it without doing the factory reset?

Welcome to Android Central! Can you tell us what you've tried so far? We don't know what other guides from which sites you've tried already. What do you mean that "Download is ok" but that it doesn't allow you to download apps?

Other sites tell to go in impostation-general-apps-and deactive and reactive the program download
(I am the guy which asked and now I'm registered.)
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5.

You could try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Force Stop, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Do the same for Download Manager.

Could you give more details about the problem? What exactly happens when you try to install an app from Google Play Store?

It doesn't load anything. He doesn't show the menu and I'm unable to search.

Was it working fine before, and only recently started doing this? Did you recently get a system update?

No, it started very recently, and recently I have installed nothing and I didn't get updates.
