Note: If a lithium battery gets charged from 0 to 100% in less than 1 hour (or from 50% to 100% in less than 1/2 hour or any equivalent), you're shortening the battery's life - regardless of what the phone manufacturer claims. They want to sell more batteries and we want faster charges, so we buy their nonsense. (Well, some of us do.) Anything over a 1C charge (IOW, if the battery capacity is 2500mAh, anything over a 2500mA charge, which would be needed to fully charge it in less than 1 hour) overheats the battery, evaporates the electrolyte, causes excessive electron migration and a lot of other things you don't want to do to a battery.
