What programs can I delete from the

Things like, Bluetooth (which I don't have), most of the Google crap, My Info Zone, My Verizon Mobile, and a bunch of other garbage would appear to be totally unnecessary. Which of the "apps" or whatever they're called, can I delete ?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Unless you're rooted, you won't be able to delete preinstalled bloatware or system apps. You can Disable them by going to Settings>Apps>All, selecting the app, and tapping Disable. This prevents the app from opening, and therefore allows other other apps to take up that place in RAM.

Disabling an app won't cause any irreversible damage, because you can always re-enable the app. I would be cautious when disabling system apps, especially Google Play Services and Download Manager.
