I have a Samsung Galaxy Centura and it has recently started turning the Wi-Fi back on automatically. How do I stop this? And apparently Samsung does not support this phone because when I've tried their support they cut me off when they find out the type phone.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Wi-fi, tap Menu, then Advanced, and see if there is a setting there for "Scanning Always Available." If so, turn that off.

What do you mean that support cut you off? It's possible that for these cheaper Samsung phones, you only get free phone support for them for a certain amount of time after you bought the phone, after which you have to pay.
