How can I get contacts from a samsung g3 with broken screen, to my pc?

Running Windows 8 on PC. Kies won't work. Message is Outlook not installed, and it gives no other options.
What other software can I use?

Welcome to Android Central! Does Kies give a reason why it won't work? Do you have to unlock the phone from the lockscreen first, and can't access it due to the broken screen? If so, try this method: http://forums.androidcentral.com/ge...de-accessing-locked-phone-cracked-screen.html

Did you enter the contacts as Google contacts? If so, they're at Google Contacts (and it's the reason all contacts should be entered as Google contacts).
