    Welcome to the forums. Not really anything built in. You can try Lookout plan B on Play. I don't think that needs prior installation. However, if the thief has cleared your gmail account from it, installing this won't matter.

    Android device manager should be built in if you're running KitKat. Give is admin permission in your security settings. Then you can log in from any computer to find, lock or wipe.
