why my data connection is not working in all web site..

my Starmobile Phone Model: Quest

then i`ll try to connect my data connection to browser.

din response is: Authentication via the Proxy server was unsuccessfull..

help Me.!!

Because you have the phone set to use a proxy server. Unless you're using one - in which case certain sites won't accept connections from certain proxy servers.
