Why won't my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 receive the internet?

samsung galaxy tab 3 won't receive the internet

! year ago I bought a Samsung galaxy tab 3 the internet worked find through WiFi or connecting direct into the modem then a week ago it won't connect into the net also I find that blue tooth wont work anymore either has anybody any ideas how I can fix it or where to take it to be repaired.

It may be worth trying a Cache Partition wipe before taking it in for repair. If that doesn't fix it, you may care to consider a Factory Reset, which will wipe the tablet....including your personal data, which will therefore be lost unless backed up first.
