I recently bought a Motorola DROID Turbo from Verizon. After about a week, the down arrow on my WiFi icon only shows and sometimes my chrome pages won't load. Nobody else is having a problem using the WiFi but me. Any solutions?⬇▶

Have you tried a public wifi hotspot, to eliminate the possibility that there's something in the phone that doesn't get along with your router? (The Samsung Note 3 running KitKat has that problem with the newer routers. Other phones, laptops, desktops all work - Note 3s don't.)

Go to McDonalds, Starbucks, Sams Club, a mall with stickers on the doors announcing public wifi - look on the phone in the wifi page for wifi signal without a lock (and it won't say Secured under the name) - and connect to that.

Or go to the Verizon store and ask them to connect to the store wifi (if it's Secure and needs a password - if not, just connect to it yourself). If it doesn't work, ask for a replacement phone.
