I just purchased an unlocked Galaxy S4 Active from Amazon that I have on GCI (a local phone provider).
When the phone is idle for a while it is turning off my data. I can still receive text and calls but I cannot access anything that is related to the internet. I have to either turn airplane mode on and back off or reboot the phone in order to turn on data again.
I have checked the power saving settings and they are turned off. Data Auto-sync is turned on. I also have this problem after I get off wifi. I am hoping to find a permanent solution for this issue.
