Add a signature to a spreadsheet

I'm trying to find a way or an app that will allow me to complete a form on a spreadsheet, then get a signature on it before I save it as a PDF file. Or even any suggestions on how to do it. Cheers.

If you just want the signature showing (not to be used legally in any way), Paste special/Bitmap the picture of the signature into a cell.

If you want this for legal purposes, there are companies that can obtain a legal signature that you can affix to a document (but they're not free).
