How do I set up a Notification/Reminder by Location?

Notification/Reminder by Location

Am I able to set a reminder that notifies me if I go to a certain location ie grocery list when I am at my local store? I have Galaxy S5 So a reminder comes up when I am in a location set by me in the reminder.

If you write your grocery list in Google Keep, there is an option to set a reminder by location. Google Now can also "learn" to do this stuff by linking your calendar and task lists to location, but I'm not certain how that works, since I have Google Now turned off.

Tasker (it's $3, and there's a learning curve) can activate a task on location [geofencing] and you can put anything in that task you want, like opening your shopping list, running a shopping list app, turning wifi and mobile data off (you won't be surfing while you're shopping), increasing the screen-off time (my shopping list app, GroceryIQ, sets the timeout to 10 minutes so I don't have to be constantly unlocking the screen - which is on PIN lock if I'm not within the geofence around my house), etc.
