I have college in the spring and the Graphic Arts course is done on Mac I have to use it. I have to buy a mac. My question is how can I transfer all photos and music from my Note 3?

Many ways to do this. Best, in my view, is anything where your stuff goes up to the cloud (e.g. Google Play Music for music, Dropbox or Onedrive for photos) and back down to the new device. This way, once in the cloud, they will always be there for future device changes.

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with the cloud idea. But if you want to transfer files directly from your Note 3 to your Mac, use Android File Transfer: https://www.android.com/filetransfer/

If all of your music is in your Google Play Music cloud library, then you can access it easily by using your browser on the Mac. You should also be able to download your music to the computer that way.
