How do I fix my tablet which is stuck in boot-loop

After resetting my Smartbook Surfer 360 tablet, it powers up with a blank screen for about 3 minutes and then the boot up logo appears and stays like that. I've now taken the back off and have disconnected the battery in the hope that this might help. If this doesn't work, does anyone have any other suggestions?

After you put the battery back, don't turn the tablet on, charge it to 100%, unplug it and turn it on.
Let us know if it's back to normal or still acting up.
