battery drain for 5 hours

What should i do. After upgrading to android lolipop i have had this issue on my nexus 5. Please any advise?

Welcome.
How many charging cycles have you done?
It can take a few for the system to "re-learn" everything after an update.

I upgraded before a week exactly. And i have charged my phone about 2 or 3 times a day. And yesterday during the night my battery drained from 50% to 15 %.the most used percentage was from exchanged services.
