Why am I getting an error message on my Clone S4 when I try to install Google Play?

my clone s4 had problem while installation of goolgle play services

When I tryed to install Google play services on it to says error 402 or something like that pls tell me what to do with that

Error 402 is normally fixed by having Samsung run one of their "magic fixers" on the phone, it's not one of the better-documented errors.

It's possible that your clone just can't run Google Play Services. (The fact that it looks like an S4, says it's an S4 and even in About Device claims to be an S4, doesn't mean that from an electronic and software viewpoint it looks anything like a Samsung phone. It may - or it may not.)
