I have Samsung Galaxy S3, I want to upgrade kit kat version 4.4.4 , I need your help or suggestions please contact me how to I use pure android OS without any OS customization

Find the ROM you want, in either Android or Kies form. Flash the phone. Depending on the exact version of S3 you have, that may or not be possible (finding it). Look on SamMobile Firmwares if you want the official ROMs. Some developers on XDA (forums.xda-developers.com) may have a more-or-less pure ROM for your phone.
