On my V Touch v707 Tablet, why isn't my touch working?

V Touch v707 Tablet: why touch not working

i installed a custom rom in my vtouch v707 s sim tablet and touch stopped working .the vtouch website is also closed and idont have a stock rom so help me get my device working .
the custom rom works but at the lockscreen touch doesnot so now what ?
help help desperate need of help. device runs well but not touvh

Have you performed a factory reset? Also, did you make a backup of the device before installing the custom ROM? If so, then restore that and see if everything is working again. Otherwise, you'll need to find a way to restore the factory ROM.

no backup of the device. im new to android . the tablet is of a relative who bought it in quatar and i know nothing that help. not even the site works ,
tell me other ways, to repair ididnot make any backup . i just thought it didnt need to like ios we can install android but now idont think so . please help me im in nepal so please..............................please .......help!
