    about two hours ago i updated my samsung galaxy s3 to the newest update and once the update was complete it restarted and it continues to freeze on the samsung logo every time i try to turn it on. ive tried leaving it alone for a few minuets and taking out the battery for a few seconds then minutes ive tried wiping the cache partition from the andriod system recovery <3e> and then pressing the reboot system now and it still ends up freezing can you please tell me what to do or give me steps thank you.

    Welcome to the forums. I would try rebooting into recovery and clearing the system cache. See if that helps: [Guide] Rebooting into Recovery Mode for the Galaxy S2, S3, and Tab2.

    Bring the phone into the carrier and ask them to fix what they broke. It's their update, so they're responsible for it. (OTA updates are known to fail, and the reason is blatantly apparent to any developer who ever developed a live update system - it's done wrong.)
