I thought this was only a law in Europe, so why is it that the volume warning won't have a disable warning option in the United States? Have you ever been annoyed by this volume warning especially when certain music is too quiet without max volume?

I don't notice it anymore, honestly. There may be ways to disable it, but probably involving Xposed Framework.

A law in Europe requiring something isn't a law in the US prohibiting it. Making 2 versions of a program is more than twice the work (maintenance gets hairy), so they won't do it unless it's necessary.
