That's all I want to do with rooting, so I could get rid of this warning even when I restarting or use the phone without restarting for a month... because I know for myself whenever the volume is too loud... Is it safe to just root and disable the volume warning? Does unrooting enable the volume warning again?

Rooting alone won't enable the volume override. You might need additional apps like Xposed Framework. Once you unroot, Xposed will probably stop working and the warning may return.

And you'll void the warranty once you root. It's safe for the operation of the phone, but not for the operation of the warranty.
