I took a quick look around and don't see a method to root that device. If you come across a method, feel free to let us know.

I'm not familiar with that model. It doesn't seem to have it's own forum thread so I would recommend the XDA Developers site. They are all about rooting and ROMs so if it's been done or someone is working on doing it you will find it there.

Second vote for XDA.

ANY Linux-based device can be rooted, the trick is finding some method of gaining temporary root, because you have to be rooted to root the device.

Since yout tab was released in April, the kernel date may still be before June 3, 2014, in which case Towel Root should work. (If it's been updated with a later kernel, TR will just tell you it can't root, it won't cause any problems.)

i bought a a7600f couple of months back. after many searches on google, the only thing i was able too find that would root my tablet successfully was something called vroot/iroot
