Best android browser with less battery consumption

There are about a dozen on the Play Store. Download them, one at a time, and see which one suits you best. The one with the least battery consumption may be the one you like least.

Two options for a browser that uses less battery than others. The first is Opera Mini. That was is very lightweight and barely uses any battery. The trade-off is that it feels like a mobile browser and doesn't offer much of the functionality of the modern mobile browsers that can also serve as true desktop browsers. The other is Atlas. I have just started using it. So far, it can do everything the other browsers do and is less battery intensive. The key is finding a browser that does not reload or work in the background when it's not the main app on screen.

i use Lightning Browser for a few months,it has ad-block and other useful features

For this kind of task I prefer Firefox, it's very fast and doesn't consume as much battery as Chrome

CM Browser (Clean Master) is a very nice browser. Keeps things safe, has night mode, and incognito mode. A nice looking browser as well
