How can I get my music to play through my car stereo?

I have an Infiniti G37x and a Galaxy S5 Active. My phone is connected via Bluetooth in my car but it will not recognize my media files so when I play my music it plays through my phone speaker and not my car. When I select listen via Bluetooth it says no devices found. Also will not connect through my USB. I MISS MY MUSIC!

Your car probably only has a Bluetooth communications profile (so you can use it for phone calls), not a media profile. Contact the car dealer's service department to see if they have any updates for the stereo.

Or it could be that you have something set wrong on the car stereo or on the phone, but since we can't see them, we can't guess at what that might be.
