How do I get my Google Play Services back?

My Google Play Services/Store was acting up so I disabled the app. When I tried to enable it again, I didn't see the button. The only buttons I saw were the "force stop" and "uninstall updates" ones. But now, a lot of my downloaded apps are acting up and a box constantly appears that says, "Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped." How do I get it back? The Google Play Store is no longer on my phone. I have an LG MS659 phone.

My phone came with it. And this website says Play Services are compatible with my device. But my phone says "Google Play services, is not supported by your device.
