How can I disable Verizon's login app?

I moved my Galaxy Note 4 from Verizon to Straight Talk. Now, every 10 minutes or so a fullscreen message pops up: "Wi-Fi detected. Enter your My Verizon Password to continue." Then it tells me my phone number which has been ported to Straight Talk and asks me to enter my password in the blank or go to verizonwireless.com to register or retrieve my account information. I have disabled the My Verizon app. I have tried to disable an app entitled Verizon Login, but can't. I have forced it to stop and cleared the data, but it comes right back in a few minutes. Any suggestions?

I have same problem, but I have been with my different carrier then verizon for months and the verizon login app when off just now. Same as you, bugging me with useless message every 10 minutes. Samsung galaxy j3
