My phone recently downloaded com.android.patch??? I think it's malicious- I can't uninstall it

When it did that, i started getting some really annoying ads taking up a lot of space in my notification bar. I think its malicious, because even in the apps section of my settings, it is listed as a downloaded app, not with the other system apps. SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS IS, BEFORE THINGS GET BAD. It has access to my wifi, apps, and settings. I tried to disable it as system admin, but as soon as i started that, it wouldn't let me go to settings anymore. When i open it, it goes back to home screen after a second or two.

It is malware. Possibly clear with Clean Master or AVG? Maybe someone will chime in.

hi this is mohd yunus if u wanna to uninstall com.system.patch
so you can go now useing menu than #setting than click on security than # device administrators #thank finally u can see
1 = com.system.patch
2 = android device manager etc. now here is already marked on com.system.patch so unclick there finally u can uninstall com.system.patch from downloaded app
