What to choose?

I'm planning to ditch my iPhone 5s because of its boring OS. Now, I'm choosing between Samsung s5 or Sony z3. Please share some of your insights.

My concerns are:
Battery Life
Display
Sound

I nvr seen the Sony.

S5 screen is really good
Battery life i get around 18 hours average. Some people get 2 days on a charge.

It doesn't have the best speaker

Every now and then it may have a bit of lag. But for the most part I don't have lag
