Can anybody give me a solution to get my phone out of system recovery 3e?

I left my Samsung Galaxy Trend phone charging yesterday at night and in the morning, my phone is at the system recovery 3e. I tried to take out the battery and put it back in however, when I on the phone, it is still at system recovery 3e. I had tried all the selections possible on the system recovery but, it is still to no avail. Always leading back to the system recovery 3e. Can anybody help me please?

Welcome to Android Central! So when you select Reboot System Now from that Recovery Menu, it reboots and then just dumps you back to the Recovery Menu?

Do you have any problems with stuck buttons? The usual way to get to the Recovery Menu involves certain button press combinations, so it's possible that if one of the buttons is stuck down, then whenever you try to reboot or power on, it thinks you're actually trying to get to the Recovery Menu.
