I've tried everything. Wakelock was reporting nothing, greenify was apparently doing nothing and then it started to use more power than it could have saved. Clean master and battery doctor are doing nothing to stop this outrageous battery drain. Macrodroid, which I use to automate data and wifi on/off when I shut the screen off. I've disabled all the pre-installed apps that I can live without. Switched batteries and optimized the hell out of my settings. This is a brand new phone. I don't know what else to do besides wipe both the phone and the SD card and start again

First remove all those "Battery Saving" Apps One thing the Galaxy series dose well on its own is battery management. Give your phone a full charge after you remove all the unnecessary battery saving apps then use your phone as you do and when you at about 10% battery post another screenshot.

You're getting almost 16 hours for a full drain (which you should never do, of course, it's just a way of comparing battery operation) with 25% screen operation. That's not bad. It's not great, but it's not bad either.
