I currently am using PopMyPhone which is going away next month, they are pulling the plug on the App. I need something to auto send my text messages to my gmail account. When I am home I tend to leave the phone on charge and miss incoming text messages, because I use a desktop/tablet most of the day where I check my email often. I would also like the app to not send the emails unless it's on WiFi. PopMyPhone had all these features. I am using a Galaxy S3.

How about running MyPhoneExplorer Client on the phone? Then you can read and respond to your texts on the PC - no email needed.

I have used MyPhoneExplorer in the past with trying to sync my Outlook contacts and it never worked well. I also don't want to sync anything, I just want incoming text messages to be forwarded to my email account so I know if someone sent me a text message. I don't need to respond to them on my PC.
