How can I pair my android phone to my Samsung 32 inch screen??

Welcome to Android Central! You can't pair a phone with a TV via Bluetooth. If you want to use the TV as your phone's display, there are a few options:

1. If your device has a microHDMI output, use a microHDMI-to-HDMI cable and plug it directly into the TV's HDMI input.
2. If your device is MHL or SlimPort compatible, buy the appropriate adapter, then connect it to the TV's HDMI input.
3. If the device and the TV are compatible with Miracast or wireless display, you could connect that way.
4. Get a Chromecast.
