Why is my screen frozen in the children zone?

The screen is frozen in children zone

Hello,
The screen is on the child mode, and it is asking our parental code. It is not possible to enter anything. It is not responding. I tried to shut off and start it again...nothing. It is showing a sleeping crocodile Please help!

Are you able to remove the battery, and replace it after a minute or two?

I just find out that I had to turn my screen to enter the code.
