Replacing MicroSD card

Greetings fellow android users,

I have a problem that i can't fix on my own, so i need your help.
I have a Rooted Galaxy s4 Gt-19505. with a 2gb microsd card in it.
i bought a 8gb microsd card so i can have more space (ofcourse).
but i had a lot of apps moved to my 2gb sdcard like pes 2012 and other apps.
I made a backup of my 2gb microsd card and formatted my 8gb microsd with wizard parition tool . I made 6gb fat32 and 1.5gb ext4.
so i copied the files from my 2gb and pasted it on my 8gb microsd,
but when i put my 8gb microsd card in my phone the apps on my homescreen cant launch it says application not installed.
what am i supposed to do?

Thanks in advance,

Re: Replacing MicroSD card

Put the 2GB card back in the phone. Move the apps to the phone. Put the 8GB card in the phone. Move the apps to the card.

(Moving the apps to the card leaves a pointer in internal memory to where they are on the card. When you copy the 2GB card to the 8GB card, the apps end up in different places than they were in the 2GB card [since the addressing is a larger range for 8 than for 2]. Now the pointers are pointing to places in the 8GB card that the apps aren't, therefore, they're "not installed" - in the place on the 8GB card that the pointer say they are.)
