    I am selling my Blu Studio C Mini and have to restore it to factory condition,but I don't have a SIM card anymore.Can I completely wipe the device without a SIM card being installed?

    Just remember, wiping the phone only wipes it from the casual user. Anyone who really knows Linux can probably recover what you wiped. Anyone who paid for an app like Disk Digger could recover most of it. And the NSA ... well, if I wantd to keep my phone's contents from them I'd use a sledge hammer to reduce it to small particles, then heat the particles until they all melted. Then still keep my fingers crossed.
