I customised my 'Quick Settings' buttons across the top of the screen but they couldn't be switched ON or OFF so I reset them to 'default' -and they still won't work.
For example - To turn "Location" ON, I have to go to Settings/Location and flick the 'switch' to ON.
Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried a reboot?

Thanks for you reply.... Yes, that was the first thing I tried, along with returning those Quick Settings buttons back to 'default'

It might be a bug in the ROM. Have you tried a reset? Back up anything you don't want to lose, just in case.

Usually, on the Note 3 at least, if you hold on any of those quick toggles it brings you to its settings or gives you more options (like in Multi Window).
So if nothing happens with a long hold there is a software issue as Golfdriver says.
Worth asking on the Note 4 forum though, and let someone experiment on your behalf. (?)
