Welcome to the forums. Have you tried having the phone reformat the card?

''no application to read it'' means that you have no app in the phone that can read the file type of the file you're trying to read. Computers don't read files, apps (or programs) read them, and you need an app that can read that file type.

If the files are larger than 4GB (2GB if you're creating the movie on the phone), the card should be formatted as exFAT, not FAT32. (The largest a file in the FAT32 filesystem can be is 4GB, and some apps start chopping files being saved on FAT32 storage at the 2GB point, just to be safe.) Copying a file larger than 4GB to a FAT32 card - if it doesn't just give you an error message - results in an impossibility. The file is negative in size according to the filesystem (the number for 4GB is a negative number in 32 bits - since the "number" of the first byte of the file is 0, you can get a file with the last byte being numbered 4GB - 1, which is a 4GB long file).
