I'd like to train a group of seniors on some of the things an Android smartphone can do. Ideally I would like a room full of 25 people to see everything that I do on the phone. Is there a way to accomplish this?

It seems many of the projectors will only display your pictures, videos, or presentations, but not necessarily show the app screens, settings, Google Maps, etc.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Which HTC One do you have, the M7 or M8? If it's the M7, then Chromecast might be your best option, although it requires a wi-fi network to operate. https://support.google.com/chromecas.../6059461?hl=en. The M8 doesn't seem to support this, although I haven't tried it myself.
