Are HTC One M7 LCD/Digitizers model specific?

Hi,

Dropped my HTC One M7 a while ago, and the cracks are now getting worse.

The Phone itself works fine and the LCD has no leaks. Now I've replaced numerous iPhone screens so I thought I'd have a bash at this. I've seen some tutorials on doing this and it doesn't look impossible.

Now my HTC One M7 is a 801n according to the box. When I look on eBay, I can see replacement screens assemblies (frame, LCD and digitizer) but they all seem to be listed as only being compatible for the 801S and 801E.

Is there a difference between the screens?
