Nexus 5 lollipop stuck on factory reset-restore screen

Hello Androidcentral,

It appears that my Nexus 5 is suck on the restoring part of the factory back up and reset option. Please help me. The reason why I was resetting my phone is because apps were crashing to desktop. Pleas help me with this issue. Thanks.

Hello it is stuck at the Restoring... screen. Its a blue top screen with a loading bar with the rest of the screen white. It happens directly after setup.

How long has it been stuck like that?

For about an hour and a half + at this point. Its odd because everything else in the setup part of the factory reset is functional (I can select my language, a wifi connection, login to my google account).

You could try flashing the factory image, although I'm not sure if there's anything you'd have to do to the phone first (that you might not be able to do, since it's stuck): [TUTORIAL] How to flash a factory image | Re… | Google Nexus 5 | XDA Forums
