factory reset not working

[AC Question]

I've been getting the "unfortunately the" and apps stop working. Have tried everything and lastly tried to factory reset the phone. When rebooting it goes back to a saved date or something. Everything reverts back to that date. texts, call logs etc. Also, I cannot delete any apps. They just return after rebooting. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, can you help?
