I have 3 email accounts which I can access from my phone and my desktop. For some reason the sent folders on each device only contain emails that I sent from that device. I cannot see all the emails I have sent from that email account regardless of which device I used.

This is annoying if I send an email from my phone and want to follow it up on my desktop...because it's not there. I am sure this is as a result of something I've done/not done! Can anyone help?

    Thank you.

Hello. Are you using one email app for all 3. Which app and device. I mostly use seperate apps like Yahoo, but my Samsung email app and Gmail app will save to the server sent folder.

Hi Madd54, thanks for your quick response. I 've done a bit more testing and it appears the problem is only with one of my email accounts (supplied via 123-reg) so must be something I've done wrong when setting it up. I will follow up with them as a starting point. Thank you anyway!
