When sending MMS receiver will not see emoji, how do I fix???

[AC Question]

When sending and MMS and I use emoji, I get a message saying,"Message may be corrupted change input settings to automatic." The receiver will not get the emoji just question marks. How do I fix this???

What app are you using for SMS? What keyboard? Those are the things I would look at first. Maybe try a different one of each individually. Mention what you're using in your reply and what you tried so we can baseline the issue.
