Why is my application manager on my Galaxy S3 stuck and stop when runs?

application manager on my galaxy S3 stuck and stop when runs

When runs application manager on my galaxy S3, it stops with a pop-up saying that the settings has been stopped.
I can't do anything with application manager.
Please help.
