    Now when setting up again it will not let me set up google keeps telling me google has stopped. I have cleared everything disabled and enabled. nothing has worked. please help

    Could you get at it some other way....for example, sign in to YouTube or Google+? I'm thinking that might just fix Google although I think it's a long shot.

    By "hard reset" I assume you mean factory reset. (Hard reset means turning the power off, then on, as opposed to a soft reset, which is causing the operating system to reload). Why did you feel the need to do a factory reset in the first place? Some problem? That problem may be what's causing Google to stop.
