Old Playlists keep coming back after being deleted

I've got an Samsung Galaxy S3 with the latest Firmware. I have deleted all music files on my phone using Kies 3. After that I synced my Itunes Playlists using Isyncr. But when I open the music player, my old playlists are back again. The lists are empty, but I have to delete them manually every single time. The new playlists are there and they work fine, but it's still anoying to have the old lists in between. I have also tried other Apps for the syncing like doubletwist, but still the same problem. I guess it's some problem in the phone options where you have to unclick something. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
