Why aren't my S Planner events syncing from my phone to my PC correctly?

s planner syncing problem

Events entered on S5 calendar not syncing. events entered on pc are syncing correctly to s5 phone, We have 2 s5 phones and 2 PC. I have compared everything (several times) and cannot see any differences in settings. I compared PC settings and S5 settings.

I forgot to mention one very important thing in my previous message.
My s5 sync work perfect. Events created on my s5 sync to both PCs and both S5.
My wife's s5 will not sync events created on her s5. Events created on her S5 show only on her S5.
Events created on her PC sync OK to both pcs and both S5
