Why dosn't Bluetooth work on my new Kobo 10HD?

[AC Question]

I can pair it OK with my Samsung smartphone, but when I try to send a pic from the phone to the Kobo, a fleeting message on the Kobo says "Are you will to accept an incoming file from....." or something like that.

Sure I am, but how? There does not seem to be any way of approving the file transfer. Baffled, confused. Please help! Thanks!
